I recently completed a new build with Lynmar Construction.

The job consisted of a double-story dwelling at the rear of an existing property and modifications to the original home.

Nathan & Cody from the initial meeting showed genuine interest in the project and listened to our criteria of how the home should be built.

They gave reasonable suggestions in the initial meeting and helped plan out a quality build and gave a realistic time frame for completion.

During the process, we met them at Bowens to select tapware and flooring. I thought this was great service as we were able to touch and feel the options.

Nathan and Cody were readily available for calls to explain the process and understanding of every stage.

It’s not often that the owners of the business are hands-on. This was great to see as they monitored the build day to day.

I also felt they showed great care and appreciation to the owners of the front unit and kept the site neat and tidy during the process.

We found Cody and Nathan highly skilled, professional, courteous, considerate and passionate which made our project far easier than we had expected when searching for a builder.

Whilst they are ‘on the tools’ as builders which is preferred from my perspective, they also have an excellent team of trades that have a similar work ethic and passion to get the best outcome.

I was immediately impressed with Cody and Nathans organisation through the pricing stage of the project, which instilled confidence that our project was going to happen on time, on budget and with a sense of strong communication and that we were both aiming for a common goal.

Cody and Nathan are very customer focused, whilst coming up with solutions as challenges arise (as they do on every project). They worked closely with the Jost Architecture (who were also great) to ensure the plans were well understood and offered very practical and necessary construction suggestions along the way.

Cody and Nathan used their extensive experience in commercial apartment and building construction to manage the concrete and steel elements of our build which were certainly important details of our project and were kind enough to visit the concrete floor and benchtop showroom with us to ask questions and ensure we were on the same page with the finishes.

They were very mindful of our neighbours throughout the build with proactive communication and occasional assistance to our elderly neighbours which was greatly appreciated.

We consider ourselves extremely lucky to find such good builders who delivered an outstanding project in an exemplary manner, and we could not be happier with the outcome.

The clear communication and proactive management of incidental expenses (often by our choice) was a highlight as it gave us control and made the financial side of the build simple to manage. The project was delivered over a month early, on budget (per contract), and exceeded our expectations in many ways.

Cody and Nathan are not only great builders, but are also great people and we would unreservedly recommend Lynmar Constructions and their team for their next building project.
